Thats right TTH had no inclination to remain in SSS nor did they have any good reason to look forward to the SP getting any higher than it did on the 23rd when they had so very many shares to dump. Question now for TTH SH's is ..........did they get their full $1.6 Mil .......... or less ........or more?
Question for SSS SH's is.........considering that TTH is awash in Cash and really didn't need the cash right NOW, there is no impending urgency by any means, do they know something that the Little Guy in SSS doesn't or is it as simple as they FINALLY got what they were squarely due? Done Deal.
Like you, I tend to think it was simply opportunistic.........but one never knows. With the Lead Investigator and Responsible Party from the now infamous German Trial sitting on SSS Clinical Advisory Board and TTH's CEO Dr. Cruz close for many years to those who run SSS..........maybe he knows something we don't.
IMO .......THATS The Gamble here.
