I own <10,000 shares. I missed that they have a pre-established network of medical facilites in India if the (we) are approved for commercial distribution. I wonder if the move to the states coincides with everything. If you have reference to any of these questions that you would like to share please do, it would be helpful as I cannot find them on the search engines.
Is it easier for a Company based in the USA to have a drug made in India than it is for a Canadian based company?
Once/If a drug comes into production in India at a certain price is it legally easy to produce a generic drug? If it is does it then follow the others to Canada to be re-sold to the USA?
I know it is a ways away but not too far but I am trying to find more information on those specifics and I do fully intend to buy more.
