Its been a while since my last financing with warrants attached.
This week the warrant holders all received their packages.
next week they may send in their money.
Maybe the following week the transfer agent releases their shares and the shares are actually in the subscribers' trading accounts ready to go.
So when does the news come out?
Last week of July or first week of August ?

Meaning normally the financing would be at the lower price (0 .16) and the warrants at the higher price (0.35)
Yes its win-win for those guys ... if all goes according to plan.
The plan is to reach the next milestone (ASAP) with an MOU from Pfizer to fund each successful step going forward.
Bearing in mind that SCT still needs to prove it works. Regardless of FDA or Health Canada.
The actual deliverable product has not been proven to work safely every time.
Right now it is cutting edge science that offers investors a tempting risk/reward scenario.
There can be no doubt that Pfizer and others are watching.
