They told me that it wasn't part of the Phase II study and that they do not have access to the patients once study is completed.
The major steps in a scientific experients are:
Observation/Research
Hypothesis
Prediction
Experimentation
Conclusion
I say that they should add one:
CONTROL i.e., how is the conclusion standing up after a certain time ? e.g., 6 months, 1 year, 2 years etc...
