Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) operated in New Zealand and Empresa de Telecomunicaciones NuevaTel (PCS de Bolivia), S.A. (NuevaTel) operated in Bolivia. Both these segments provided a variety of wireless voice and data communications services, including local, international long distance and roaming services. The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

Just using common sense...when you have a founder "dumping" shares prior to a major company event; something doesn't add up. Why couldn't he just wait a few weeks and sell when the fda desicion comes out, when volume (and hopefully price) would be higher. Dumping co. shares on low volume is why the price cratered.

Own 3,000 shares, not a short, and very critical of Melnyk's timing.
