Both these segments provided a variety of wireless voice and data communications services, including local, international long distance and roaming services. The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

Rossi is a BS artist. The only thing he has managed to do (successfully) is destroy shareholder value. It takes a true incompetent to purchase a drug at the very end of its patent-life...and eventually have to write off the entire $45mm purchase price. A pharma this size cannot afford to waste money on idiotic transactions like this. With $7mm in cash left; Rossi is desperate. If First Generation calls on their loan, like MidCap did...Acerus is finished.
