$54.75 Sequential Announcements of More Cost Over Runs

The market is not happy and it is not reacting well to these sequential announcements of ever escalating cost over runs. The final price for this pipeline is WAY higher than the original forecast. TRP's numbers make the Government's performance on their pipeline look not all that bad. Large projects like this invarailbly end up costing more than originally budgeted, but between delays and costs, this one is really poor performance. I will be really happy when this is done and it starts producing revenue. Payback is going to take a LOT longer at these costs.
