Fire the idiots

Why so much discrimination if any low position employee did something wrong he is fired right away and these high level idiots can destroy the company and still get bonuses and investors losing millions

Agree, but former TRP CEO Russ Girling (2010 to 2020) along with members of the BOD during that period was responsible for both the Keystone XL and Coastal GasLink messes. He left before things fell apart and current CEO Poirier is the one who is trying to right the ship, and I think he's a good choice.
