He lost faith in management and sold. It had cost over-runs and sold off some gas assets but not for great profits. Still more asset sales are needed to pay down debt. The plan to split the company into two parts raises question marks. Enbridge is better managed so he prefers that as well as Alta Gas.

You are of course but it's a starting point . I own Pembina , what do I know. Pembina, one  of the stocks I hold most guaranteed to make me crazy . Bought it as a growth play with dividend ; only to find it a value trap so far after years.

So you mean the same guy that was telling people to load up on Laurentian Bank, the sale was a dead certain deal at +50. That worked out great, NOT!!! Make your won detailed assesments. Listening to these guys with their own agendas is a really bad idea.
