RE:RE:This is a done dealPretty sure the math is solid. The only assumption I made was the participation of minority shareholders. We know that Pentwater and SailingStone are voting against. I assumed 90% of remaining minority wil participate. The lower the participation, the less needed to vote against to reach the simple majority hurdle.

Have yet to receive circular. Is there a way to vote without it? I have shares across 4 accounts plus the wife's 2 accounts. Wife has yet to receive circular also.
