This is a done deal

We minority shareholders can keep voting NO till the end of time but this is a done deal. When TRQ  did the reverse stock consoliation, 10 to 1, could anyone do anything? Nothing....At current prices, what I hold today is a joke but pre consolidation would have been worth $1M. if we could not do anything then, nothing can be done now... So this deal is going ahead.

Help educate us on the math from previous post....seems like it's a no go based upon that.

Pretty sure the math is solid.  The only assumption I made was the participation of minority shareholders.  We know that Pentwater and SailingStone are voting against.  I assumed 90% of remaining minority wil participate.  The lower the participation, the less needed to vote against to reach the simple majority hurdle. Countrygent - would appreciate your review of my analysis.

I received my wife n my voters package Thursday n VOTED NO on FRIDAY. RIO has been scr ewing TRQ shareholders from the get go, so I'm appealing to all shareholders to VOTE NO and end this stink bid permanently!!! UNKLAL

I think it must be close.  Otherwise they wouldn't be calling small potatoes investors like myself strong arming them into voting yes.
