I don't know if his long time private secy as well as company corporate sec'y is still associated with him or not. I recognized those names when I last read the insiders list from Oct filings which someone posted here a week or so ago. At that time, if memory serves, Sinclair was down to only 1.5mil personal shares in TNX. That greatly reduced amount was surprising to me to learn, if indeed that poster reported accurately from the Oct filings. I did NOT look that one up for myself, so I reserve the right to be wrong about that 1.5mil, "remainder" of all those years and years of personally funded tranches of TNX shares taken down by JES himself.
