MONTREAL, July 2, 2019 - FNC Capital, a Montral-based mergers & acquisitions consulting firm, today announced the signing of an agreement with the consultant Mr. Martin Houde for the creation of a division for the development of additional incoming tourism, in the context of which FNC Capital would acquire Transat AT (symbol: TRZ-T).
