Peladeau offered $5 but that was before the last couple of quarters.  By the end of this month they have lost how much?  As I reall last quarter over $2 a share and will be another $2 this quarter.  Line of credit ends in June and they need a $500 million operating line of credit.  I am leaning more to Creditor Protection where Peladeau could pick up the company for much less.

Dont forget Peladeau is bankruptcy buyer, so PK will wait until Transat going in bankruptcy and buy the TZR  for peanuts around .50. or less, like he did with something else in Montreal. Lets see the next week.
