RE:RE:RE:PA looking strong Flutter will likely have to get rid of all of Paddy Power, not just it's retail units. The competition authority are worried about the online dominance and the way to break that up is to get rid of either paddy power or Betfair. More likely Paddy Power will have to if so required. It would be a big loss as PP are a big bend here in the UK and getting rid of it would automatically create a very strong competitor for Flutter. You would have to think Flutter knew these issues would arise. Have they already made the decision that Skybet is a better play than Paddy Power? Either Way, FanDuel is the real prize here for TSG holders. This combined company should hold the future of online betting in the US in the palm of their hands. I for one as a holder of TSG, would not want to complete against FanDuel in the US, with their current first mover advantage I'm unsure
