Regarding posts with substanceIt's allways interesting to read peoples takes on this BNC soap opera.
I have to agree with player and chief regarding the conversion. No need to guarantee a top spot in the que in case we go belly up, and you gain voting rights. I am inclined to think that they are mandated to a certain extent to create / preserve jobs in Montreal, therefore unless they can secure a guarantee on this from ENDO they would vote against a takeover.
Share price / consolidation etc ...player is right, filter out the noise and let the share price and the action of managements speak for itself. I think they want to stretch the Ph3a data for a number of reasons such as BNC to give maximum # of shares to employees via purchase plan (which is not encumbered by the present blackout) and steadily increase the launching point when the news is delivered. For ENDO it is probably more complicated, perhaps time to fund a buyout, or to have something in the news bank to release when their sp trajectory starts to falter. Probably something other than these as well. Personally I don't care if they hold back the data for three weeks/months/ the next year, as long as we keep going up in 10-20 cent increments weekly
AGM - anything can be said in the meeting, providing that a news release of same is released before the market opens the next day. People who don't go, will find out here the night of the 9th, which makes Dollars position interesting, since it would seem that you could trade the shares on the german exchange after the AGM and before the morning news. Is that correct DC? In any case, this years event should be very interesting as a few of us from here will be there.
I've run into Gordie around Belleville twice now, I'm pretty sure he's got a place around here somewhere. Always a big smile...perhaps he owns BNC?
