Regarding buyoutI am on the fence on this. On the plus, remember that only 30 m? has gone to Bioniche so far, and the rest of the payments would be voided in a buyout, one would think. On the negative side, Quebec has a vested interest in having the plant in Montreal, Endo doesn't manufacture, so some deal would still have to have Bioniche doing the manufacturing. Therefore, if there was to be a deal, I think the whole human division would have to be bought or just the rights to the rest of the body which would be an agreement not a buyout like for pelvic.
I am intrigues that Endo raised more money during all the silence, I hope it was for some sort of deal with Bioniche. I also like that Bioniche raised more money, but am disgusted at the way they did it, but at least our backs are not against the wall during negotiations.
Soon we will all know. Makes life a bit more exciting for those with 100K+ eh?
By the way the Belleville plant is coming along nicely.
