Theestimated milestones in the Taylor Collison report are speculative onthe part of the author, Tom Duthy. You will have to ask him how he cameup with this information as the milestone triggers are not publiclyavailable.

 

In response to your question about potential take-over bids, the Company has in place a shareholder-approved Rights Plan. It is outlined in detail under item 10.15 in the attached Australian Prospectus document.
