We do not own the vaccine plant free and clear. It is all on "LOAN". That's money we owe. Can't count that in our share price.
The plant has increased our liability.
This is another white elephant unless we can get get some vaccine contracts, be it Econiche or whatever they claim we are importing. I asked Jennifer what they were and she would not even tell me. She told me to contact the Canadian Animal Health Institute or the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
Does Bioniche have any idea if there is even any prospective revenue generator before they went all out and spent this money?
All these talk about international mandate of vaccination of beef export/ import. Don't forget Econiche has to first get the approval through their respective Food Safety agencies. That is not going to happen overnight.
At the mean time, the loan repayment clock has started on the Vaccine plant and also the maintenance cost.
