As for Fidelity, I only pay $17 per trade regardless of size. But that's because I have spent over $15000 of commission fees in the past so i guess they rate me as a premier client as well. To be honest, That $15000 commission fee I paid was due to a very stupid mistake whan I did't know that they had graduated fees when the order were over 1000 shares for a stock at that time. And I bought over 100000 shares (on a different stock). I would take $70 per trade fee any day! :(
