Email Jennifer this:Hope it summarize our sentiments and questions.

Good morning, Jennifer,

There has been some rumors that Epitopixand Cargill have decided not to conduct a second efficacy test onEpitopix despite the results from the 2010 on 85000 cattle was deemedinconclusive "due to 2010 was an exceptional low E. Coli infestationyear."

This leads me to think of a few possibilities for theirdecision to stop testing. One of which is the lack of market for suchvaccine at this time. I know BNC has been trying to open this market bypromoting "brand management" to the meat industry. How is the industry'sreception to such idea so far in view of the recent outbreaks? Is thereany indication that the governments of Canada, Australiaand European countries might consider legislative recommendations ormandate for the implementation of Econiche? Is BNC doing any activelobbying on these government.

Whatplan does BNC has for the vaccine plant while waiting for the adoptionfor Econiche? And in the worst scenerio, what would BNC do with thisplan if Econiche fail to be commercialized? Is BNC working onimplementing the production of other approved and commercializedvaccines that are presently being imported ?

At the mean time,Cue-mate seems to have some good press in Australia. But we have notheard anything about it here. How is our animal health business doing? While the share price is locked in a "stall" mode since investors arefocusing their attention on Econiche and Urocidin, any press release ongood performance on the animal health would be a welcome reminder thatthis company is doing well and hopefully help refocus their sight on thebusiness at hand.

At this point, the share price is under theasset value of the company. What is BNC's plan to increase its valuesfor its investors? Has the board of Directors considered a stockrepurchase plan to reassure the investors? If the board has confidencein the long term future of BNC, purchasing at such a low price at thispoint might mean a very good investment for the company.

I hold over 300000 shares of BNC. I am anxious as an investor.

Thank you for your attention.

Best,

Dr.
