RE: International sites starting in 2012 for TrialJASL, thanks for your post to help us all to keep our sights on the facts available. All the chatters and frustrated talks have diverted our sights recently.
As for somebody taking over. I think as long as all the shares are held tightly, it is very difficult for someone to do a hostile take over by accumulating enough shares to do so. Perhaps, the way the sp is being kept low, some agents could have been commissioned to do that just to shake out all the weak shares so whoever wants to do the hostile takeover can get the required volume of shares. That's probably the cheapest way one can steal the company.
However, it is also possible that some one can offer an outright bid for the whole company. With this sp, the bid can be very low. But at least that way, it needs the approval of the board and shareholders. The retail investors' confidence can be shaken by the manipulation, but can the BOD be shaken? I think not. They know what a potential goldmine they have.
imho.
