Rescue Plan Swne, I agree with you about Econiche and the VMC. It is too much of a cash drain and a bridge to nowhere (as long as BNC is trying to go it alone to get through the politics).
However, I don't think we need to sell Urocidin. It's not costing us much. We just need to wait for Endo to do the job right. However, since Endo screwed up on the P3b trial and used up some supplied already. We shall probably need to make more Urocidin to supply for the next trial than originally estimated. As such, we need to renegotiate the milestone payments and schedule.
By doing both the sale of Econiche and VMC and renegotiate the amount and schedule for the Urocidin milestone payments, we can avert the fiscal disaster and even pay back the 20M loan ahead of schedule, thus hopefully avoid the steep revenue share term in this loan.
With the new animal cancer drug platform, and if we can do all of the above, we can be in pretty good shape again, Then it's just a matter of time before Urocidin hit the jackpot.
I hope Graeme is smart enough to look beyond his pride and pipe-dream about Econiche and do what is right.
