We have to remember that we got a milestone payment for worlwide rights (4 mill if I recall) so if BNC has a plan to have Urocidin approved by some other regulator than FDA, (probably Health Can) then it makes sense to push ENDO to give it back and the price was royalties.

I think most agree the drug works and the problem is how to replace a toxic $1000 standard with a $30,000 non toxic one. I suspect doctors in jurisdictions like the US that have private healthcare ie HMO's have a tough time getting them to cough up 30x as much, hence the refractory trial. I think we just need it approved, wether it's head to head to BCG or some other way. My thinking has always been, why not go head to head with BCG, but Urocidin is given post TURBT (BCG can't be) which helps offset some of Urocidin price disadvantage. Short of that, our Phase3A might be good enough for approval, then we educate the doctors so they start prescribing.
