Thoughts! It baffles me as to why they would sell their bread and butter of Animal Health?!?!?
I think the question is whether the plant goes with it?
It will probably be something of the order of $50 million with potential payments of 25/50 million if certain sales numbers are hit in future years.
So they have the human health business, which is not their main experience and if their lucky, maybe 10 million left over in the coffers with no sales and they will have R&D burn.
For my personal sake, with avg price at .90. I would love to see a pop over .50 cents to get the heck out of here!
I have no clue what their doing, but it doesn't really make sense as it seems like a fire sale!
