RE: Agreement

RE: Agreement

BNC should be an obligatory case study for all commerce and MBA curricula, on how to take a great and profitable business and bludgen it into oblivion. Selling off parts you say? Trust ol' grizzly with it you say? History doesn't bode well. Here is a reminder, back in 2006 Ol' Grizzly sold of the Injectables Division to a private equity types for a paltry sum of $25 mil, which the equity firm sold 5 or 6 years later for $500 millon! The $25m kept Ol' Grizzly and his motley crew of a dozen round table black knights and some other minions in the pink for several years without any progress. No wonder he is proud of being one the best employers in the country, somewhat dubious accolade when you're up the proverbial creek without a paddle. He needs to go now, if he won't it's time to push him out. Good luck to G/W. At this point anything is better than the dead wood at Belleville.
