Way-out! "Evercore has received a number of inbound enquiries from parties, including many major global pharmaceutical companies. In addition to the Animal Health business, bidders have also expressed interest in our One Health division. "
Sell OneHealth, Econiche and the VMC once it gets the GMP approval.
(Plus option of seeking partnering "parties interested in our Animal Health business, with a particular focus on distribution rights and product sales.")
Result:
1. We may not get as much as selling the AH. Bt we should get enough to repay our debt. We will be in a much stronger position to negotiate for better Urocidin partnership in the States and globally. And we keep our income generatimng stream.
2. The cash burn cacer is eliminated.
3. VMC can easily be rebuilt if ever needed and takes very little time. A successful AH business cannot.
4. We keep AH. The threat of sale is gone. BNC can get GW off its back.
In addition, Graeme is off the helm as most SH want. (Just hope we can a competent CEO for Human Health. As far as I am concerned, Graeme has done well with AH. He can stay as long as we keep his hands to AH division.)
