GW possible hidden agandaOn the surface, GW could be trying to save BNC and the AH. They already said they would sell Urocidin and Econiche and the VMC. If that happened, the SP should spike up. WE all get our investment basis back. (THat's about it.)
But have you thought about the possibility that what they are after is really Urocidin?
They can very well set up an independent company and buy Urocidin for cheap. Since they have control of the board and Urocidin sale would not require a general vote because it is not yet revenue generating. So the GW group can come off very well, benefitting from both the BNC SP spike and the ultimate potential of Urocidin.
