If Graeme had put the same effort into performing his daily CEO duties that he has in protecting his company and position we would not be in this situation today.
In the case of GW, he went to professionals for help; hired lawyers to protect himself. That's a smart move based on what I think are selfish motives.
Why wouldn't he bring in experts to run the company a couple of years ago when Endo went off the rails, Econiche stalled, a VMC that costs a bunch and produces nothing. That would have at least demonstrated some sort of responsibility toward the shareholders in reacting to a sliding SP, bad deals and a business plan that is not viable.
He has not met a deadline or backed up his word.
HT, considering McRae's accomplishments with respect to shareholder responsibility and business initiatives over the past couple of years, can you please tell me why you have confidence that Graeme can make his latest plan in going it alone with Urocidin work?
I'm not being a smart A--, I would really like to know your thoughts
