the idea that deadlines will not be missed is admirable, but since the AGM, and including the presentation itself, we were told that binding terms for an AH would be in hand by mid November then Late November and now by the end of the year.
I doubt that the new CEO was complicit in setting and then unapologetically missing any and all deadlines, as is the culture of Bioniche, but someone of authority set those deadlines.
In a nutshell, until the instruments of the ongoing failure are dismissed, there really isn't much that the new CEO can do operationally. In all honesty, how one person turn around a climate of entitlement, excuses and reward for failure without gutting and replacing management in its entirety?
With that said, I am sticking to my prediction of Friday the 20th as termination day for the Animal Health sale with limited to no detail to follow mid January, and the full blown meltdown of the company to start shortly thereafter.
