Has Wells finally cashed out?

Has Wells finally cashed out?I assume CIBC and BMO have been able to exit their positions completely by now.  They almost single-handedly drove the price from 28 cent to 14 cents.  With about 12m shares changing hands since Friday, Wells could easily have exited his 6m share holding which he bought at 18 cents from the Fond.  So we don't have anyone left who would drive it back down to 16 cents.

I will check in the morning to see which insider sold about 225k shares.  I am worried it might be Gubitz, who had about that many shares left.  He may be wanting to move on to other projects and give up his seat on the Board.  It would be a shame to lose him.  He put his own time and money into the legal fight to change the management team.
