RE:RE:Prelim Prospectus words on Change of Control

RE:RE:Prelim Prospectus words on Change of ControlThe idea of " going it alone" is a complete ruse, and not a very convincing one at that.

If you can find me a single employee on the payroll who has overseen a sales staff, let alone signed a single sales contract, in the last 20 years I'd be shocked. This is an accounting driven company with almost no inkling of any sales/communication  skills whatsoever, as the share price v value proposition clearly indicates. Incidentally, good sales management, with the skills to build and drive a pharma oriented sales force, doesn't walk away from their careers to work for accountants.

i am not necessarily questioning their management capabilities as a whole, but if you don't think that a good sandbagging ruse is still an integral part of the way the company does business you missed the 19 cent financing of last Friday.

lets not pretend that Bioniche doesn't need, or can somehow bypass, a marketing partnership.
