Just a humble idea.Located as it is in cow country, the VMC will make a perfect cheese factory. Later on we could branch out into corn chips and then nachos. All prepackaged, vacuum sealed and shipped to Mexico. They love nachos there.
We do need the revenue and I hate to see good government funding produce nothing but stale air.
