Good point, that does make it confusing about current offers or expressions of interest. I guess I interpret this to mean that they will wait to see if any advantageous offers develop from all of the interested parties after due dilligence before Telesta acts upon what may be the best offer. Then Telesta will have to decide whether to proceed with the best offer at that time, or wait for FDA approval, after which, much better offers could be expected albeit at much greater risk.
