If a buy-out offer is coming 3 x .30 = .90  3 x .50 =1.50 etc. etc .etc. Somebody is keeping the price DOWN. Cheaper for the buy-out . All the warrants and OPTIONS will still be in the money.Only the choosen few get rich, staff ,( more options ) the friends with the .23 PP and warrants. 

The only losers are the LONG SUFFERING SHARE HOLDERS.I'm a long term,so I hope I'm wrong.

I believe Beech and Rube are right in their predictions and analysis,( 2.00 - 5.00 would be great ) but I also know MANIPULATION by higher powers will rule.
