RE:RE:RE:ProspectusI agree with you Frogger as per the nr they are in negotiations and this $ 50 million move is very strategic and lays out a completely open field for them they can choose to do whatever they want even go at it alone they just told everybody they are not scared of doing so that is why you see the $ 50M figure and 2 year timeframe the main problem is they believe bla approvel is almosr 100% while with the FDA you never know who is pulling their strings
