We are still waiting on the term paper from the 2nd analyst they have publicly announced nearly 2 months ago. I doubt that this hardly halt worthy news release is enough to snap this 2nd apparent, but as of yet un named analyst, out of his or her writer's block but we will know in a day or two. Still think they are waiting on a financing before releasing. who wants to see a new report come out with a nearly broke sell rating when a hold is possible with a cash infusion?
