RE:Partnership

RE:PartnershipI'm not sure anymore they will agree to a partnership prior to FDA decision. In all likelihood they will have more that $40m+ Cdn after September 20th. If they sell the VMC maybe more. I think that our burn rate went up due to the team they hired to guide them thru FDA submission (nice job btw!). Now that that is over our burn is probably more like 650k. I would rather see them tackle the EU application process, submit to health Canada and up list to NASDAQ tier 2. Those should all be catalysts. A partnership (unless its a Pfizer, Merck, Sanofi type of partnership to give us even better odds with the FDA) are not really needed anymore. With an approval in hand we can call the shots and get 150mm + up front. We have about .15/ share in cash now. Then we'd have around .65/ share +. At that point we could legitimately start to accumulate assets as Santa once said he would do with his brilliant Royalty financing so many years ago. On another note; wouldn't it be nice since both Sanofi and Merck stand to lose market share of BCG once MCNA is approved that one of them takes a run at Telesta? GLTA beech
