I do believe...a number of gamblers who think they are investors just got a lesson on penny stock trading. They see your stops and sell enough to hit them ending up with more stock at a lower average. Setting stops on penny stocks is foolish, they either clear you out on the roller coaster or the dump is so furious you get executed way below your stop and the stock never recovers. It would be wonderful to see steady climb for the rest of the day, leading to a glorious morning tomorrow.
