bladder docs were in favour of MCNAthe vote was 6 yes and 18 no which is a significant shXX kicking, however 4 bladder docs voted yes and only 3 voted no (based on how i id'ed them) and 2 of 3 were favourable to a "better" indication...and of course the TST bladder docs and public group were supportive..the non-supporting bladder docs questioned it vs. other stuff (which wasn't the issue at hand)..ne goof blamed NTB becoming TST
IMO all agreed on safety profile and supporting bladder doc's seemed to best id its demonstrated benefit (a lot of hair splitting going on on the no vote) and other goofy comments)..
...stats people and others focused on the trial size as the problem, but FDA knew this, etc. this was a small single open arm trial period..others wished for something bigger, etc. but it was not doable
..this suggests to me that the MCNA still has a chance and i suspect and hope TST leadership was prepared for a no vote and know what to do...
tomorrow will be a killer though and very serious problem for a baby biotech being tradeable during the meeting
