Just an opinion

Just an opinion
It is my opinion that the FDA recognizes that the results of last weeks vote were largely made outside the parameters of the current standard of MCNA approveability. They need to somehow address this without incurring any professional embarassment on the part of the participants. Whatever we think of the decision, those people are very influential, or they would not have been there. To jump to step 2  and seek approval on "uanble or unwilling to have cystectomy" is not a fair outcome either if the vote should have been an overwhelming yes within the parameters of approvability. You can't fire the baby out the window with the bathwater simply because the wrong criteria was applied to a needed cancer therapy. But you can't flatly ingore the vote either, however misguided, as that will have repercissions as well. This quandry will require some thought.
