Based on ADCOM failure and FDA approving 80% of successful ADCOM's we have a slim chance of approval, despite all comments here about safety, restricted approval, BCG shortage and patient issues using BCG plus other concerns.
TST has done a good job up to ADCOM, but that failure is critical and reminds me of the old BNC, so close yet so far. I hope we get approval in any form, full, restricted, etc., but there is still a good chance we get outright refusal or another phase 3 required.
I like your enthusiasm but I am not convinced it will happen.
