Markets are funny. MCNA was not killed by FDA. They actually encourage PIIIB trial after
successful PIIIA which was determined to be NOT ENOUGH. Thats it, nothing less, nothing more.
Sure it's a setback from the standpoint of hope to ride an easy street and avoid IIIB altogether.
Didn't work..... so what? Value our outfit then at a price of immenent bankruptcy?
