Not sure if management was surprised by letter or even expecting, but they did nothing to help situation from ADCOM until CRL. They certainly did not communicate anything during this timeframe other than to say we are still moving forward. So we got what effort was put into this whole submission, we got screwed.
Now we are waiting for management to say something other than we are dissappointed. Do they have a contigency plan, probably. I am not sure they will even go forward with another phase 3, considering the cost and time. With any luck they sell us or get taken out. Supposedly there were offers before but our crack team decided to go it alone and lost. Now the shareholder is suffering and it will be years, if ever to get back lost opportunity.
Even John Ford's scenario from Seeking Alpha of company value with new phase 3 trial will likley never materialize. People have been burned too many times from TST, BNC.
