And the value is the value so the manipulation will be over run very soon and as a said in earlier posts we will be at .17 range in the very near future. All it will take is a good day of volume. Everyone has been waiting expecting to hear something more from the company and this will fly. Imo there is accumulation going on quietly. We are very close to a major jump. good luck
