As long as there are enough retailers willing to take a nickel flyer they can move them over time. I don't expect anybody but retail penny scrubs to be around when next FDA related NR comes out. Many important shareholders, who could, bailed pre Adcomm disaster. Many more sold pre BLA disaster. Few if any left.
