Where is the hint of a sale coming from? Fishy stuff but probably a good call to sell it for 1-3% of what it would be worth if they had a US partner in place 9 months ago. Fishy stuff indeed. Gotta trust the guys who declined a US partner and went alone and failed to now negotiate the best deal terms on the sale of the company? That has an nice aftertaste to it
