RE:.BC, Telesta had a U.S. partner and apparently they couldn't figure out a trial format that would work so they left. Maybe they had high hopes for Valstar and wanted to get MCNA competition out of the market place. If so They were successful with one and the other continues to be a disappointment. But ENDO, in the most bizarre of coincidences, still has the U.S. surrounded with MCNA rights to Canada and Mexico so if they choose to do nothing in either, and American approval doesn't happen, U.S. citizens can't even cross the border for treatment. The whole continent is a tangled mess as far the marketing rights are concerned and ENDO holds the magic scissors. So who else would be your US partner?
