The negotiations are confidential meaning they are not allowed to say anything even if they wanted. They're obviously working on getting a deal done to recuperate losses, just because, you know very little and it's not happening on a timeline which is favourable to you, doesn't mean you can bash the company, by giving us your "opinion." If you don't believe a deal will get done then sell that easy. If not, change your attitude and mindset because I can feel the negativity through the screen.
