RE:RE:Prometic Updated Just my opinion based on 8 years of history with this gang...PLI will do a good news NR between now and TST deal close date, which will increase the price of PLI, giving TST shareholders less PLI shares. Then the 'deal finalized' NR by mid Nov. That will be quickly followed by a PLI bad news NR, possibly even before the PLI shares show up in the TST shareholder accounts. Of course that will just be how things happened to pan out - nothing malicious intended. I am still hoping for the Bad News NR first. I will also be voting NO to the deal with my 7 figure share count. But I am confident they have enough to pass this with flying colors. I am also hoping for a 2nd bid very soon, in the 20-25 cent range. Everything here is still very risky. No matter which move you make, there is no predicting the outcome with any certainty. Here is hoping that the Management and BOD do seriously have our best interests at the forefront of the decisions they have been making lately. Flip a coin.
